Dr Llewelyn MORGAN will be talking on Gradus ad Aornon: Classicists in NW India and Afghanistan at the Ancient India and Iran Trust this Friday 8th November.

Dr Morgan is a Fellow of Brasenose College, Oxford and is University Lecturer in Classical Languages and Literature, and Tutorial Fellow in Classics. He has a special interest in Roman literature, and has published on Virgil, Ovid, Horace, satire, historiography and metrical form. He also has interests in numismatics, the classical tradition, and the Greeks in India.
